Beach camping highway 1. Ad Camping Free Beach Marina di Bibbona. Timber Cove Beach is at the Timber Cove Campground and Boat Landing about 14 miles north of Jenner in Sonoma. Surfing and swimming attract locals and visitors.
Morro Strand State Beach. There is a rocky driftwood covered beach below the Reef Campground and Day-Use Area at Fort Ross State Historical Park. More stops campgrounds photos and the Giant Redwoods of Northern Californias National Park on our site.
37 USD per night for a standard tent site. We walked for miles exploring the wide beautiful beach and celebrated each sunset with a campfire overlooking the water. At hookup sites they can go up to 40 feet.
There is no vehicle access to the group campsites. Six different trails meander down the steep eroding bluffs to remote feeling beaches. The Morro Bay Strand lies 2 miles south of Cayucos on Highway 1.
For watersports people from all over the world come to Morro Strand State Beach to windsurf its waves. The campsites at Plaskett Creek are spacious and many have ocean vista views. Mulegé and the Bahía Concepción beaches are all easily reached from Highway 1.
Ad Camping Free Beach Marina di Bibbona. The beach offers picnic facilities for a picturesque meal with a view including wide-angle shots of Morro Rock. This state beach campground can accommodate camper vehicles up to 24 feet long.
The beaches of Bahia Concepción begin 12 mi 20 km south of Mulegé the first being Playa Santispac. Campers park on the west side of Highway 1 and walk in to the campground approximately 14 mile across the Big Sur River on a seasonal wooden footbridge. Its perfect for last-minute planners seeing as it offers first-come-first-served sites too.

With excellent facilities for picnicking this stretch enjoys a picturesque view of Morro Rock in the distance. Mulegé is 175 mi 280 km south of the state borders of BC. Dogs are allowed at beaches 1 and 6.
This long beach sits up against a series of white dunes just west of Highway 1. Morro Strand is on CA Highway 1 near Hearst Castle. From Highway 1 head west on Cass Street.

Minimum number of people is 9 maximum number of people is 35. Campers may use the pay showers in the main campground of the park. The entrance is in a hard-to-find spot on a dead end portion of the Old Highway 1 Road.
